Critical Care Nursing:
BAGH maintains a strict 1:1 nurse patient ratio for all Ventilated Beds & Infected patients and 2:1 for Non-ventilated beds.
The hospital offers a rigorous Critical care Nurse Education Programme that orients and sensitizes the
ICU nursing staff towards the needs of an ICU environment including regular critical care classes, simulation teaching and critical care orientation.
